My rate is $125/hour for individual coaching

90 minute sessions are available for $175

I do have some sliding scale spots available .

This is in no way to shame you or make you feel bad but to really be curious about your thoughts and attitudes around money and if they line up with your financial reality as it is today.

Sliding Scale: Why, How, and Sorting Out Who

I will share an experience where I was challenged around asking for a sliding scale rate – When I was younger, I applied for a scholarship for a spiritual retreat that I wanted to go to. I was in grad school and working part time and this retreat was something I really wanted to do but was also a chunk of change. When I saw that some scholarships were available, I thought “Great! I’m in grad school, wouldn’t it be nice to have some help!”  I was denied the scholarship and although I was bummed, it didn’t impede me from going. I moved some things around, used a credit card and went. I continued to work with a teacher I was introduced to at this training and later on was challenged by her around the idea of scholarship and or/sliding scale accessibility. My privilege as a white, middle-class person was pointed out to me and it was noted that most of the time, the folx who ask for scholarships or take sliding scale spots are not the ones who really need them. We see it as a way to make things easier but could actually make it work regardless. There is nothing wrong with easier. It’s always nice to save some money! However, I really encourage you to think about what you need versus what you want and what is actually feasible. 

Coaching is an investment in your wellbeing and a way to prioritize yourself and your well-being. 

If you are in private practice as a coach/healer/therapist and charge more than my hourly rate, I ask that you pay me your rate as I think it is important that you value the work we do as much as you are asking folx to value yours. 

I want my work to be accessible to all sorts of folx and I need it to be financial sustainable for me.
