Our online membership, Relational Somatics and Ritual: An Animist Somatic Mentorship and Practice Space, is a place to join us and practice reciprocity, tending, unraveling, emerging.

This is Medicine for these times- Medicine for Descent, Medicine for Severence, Medcine for Uncertainty, Medicine for the Unknown, Medicine for The Long Dark.

Membership includes Nervous System Nourishment guided pratice 4x/week; weekly grief tending circle and bi-weekly mentorship for embodiment practioners and students.

We have a tiered pricing system with introductory rates through May 2025.

Embodied Relational Practices for orienting to the multiplicity of bodies we inhabit, organizing for aliveness, experiencing our embeddedness in an ensouled world, and building capacity for connection and steadiness within this web of life and the reality of our changing world. 

These are 30-minute embodiment sessions facilitated by Laurie or Melanie four days per week. Somatic practices anchored in Spirit, animism, earth reverence, and ancestral connection adapted from from a variety of lineages that we are trained and mentored in, including:

We are committed to facilitating somatic practices grounded in animist, body liberation, anti-supremacy, and decolonial values, as we believe this is needed in the world at this time. 

Guidance for trauma informed care that includes spiritual, ancestral, and relational.

(90 minutes) Mentorship includes approximately 45 minutes of teaching on pre-determined topics (see below) and 45 minutes of Q&A. 

We are bringing our combined 30+ years of experience as practitioners of counseling and somatics, 20 years in trauma informed practice, 40+ years of experience as witches and ritualists, and extensive training in somatics and care lineages.

*We consider ourselves embodiment practitioners and educators anchored in these values rather than experts on anti-supremacy and decolonizing. We have learned from and encourage you to study with and pay Black, Indigenous, Women and Femmes of Color to deepen your own understanding and integration of these movements. We want to offer this Mentorship in support of collective:

1. facilitation of embodiment practice and work that is in Integrity and alignment with the Sacred, the Earth, and liberation for all beings.
   
2. reducing the likelihood of reproducing systems of domination and control on ourselves and the people we help.
   
3. increasing our skillfulness, courage, and heart to be with the Reality of this changing world, what Francis Weller calls “The Long Dark.”

Here we make time and space to be with our grief – to tend to our sorrows, relate and come to grief as an elder. We are not here to fix or have catharsis, but to pracitce being in relationship with.
